My first introduction to Pharmacy was as a student working during the Christmas and summer holidays in my mother’s pharmacy here in Ranelagh.
My mother Anne began Leech Pharmacy in 1978 and I learnt a lot from her in terms of the old-fashioned values, hard work, empathy and care of her customers.
Today, many things have changed since Anne retired in 1998, but my staff and I strive to maintain these tried and tested values.
We offer consistency, impartial advice, based on years of experience in community and hospital care.
Being an independent pharmacy is significant in Ranelagh as the village prides itself on supporting businesses built on character and tested by time.
Many of our loyal customers drop by just to say hello and that reminds us of our close bond and significance as a local independent pharmacy for the people of Ranelagh.
